Chief Idea Officer  (CIO)

Dr. Kate Wei Wu

Dr. Wei Wu is an expert in cross culture education.  She has been well trained in both the U.S. and Chinese educational system.  She has combined 15+years of experience in international education, US-China relations and international business.  She was the founding director of Chinese language program at Kansas State University and helped universities’ China Iniative succeed.  She has worked with the U.S. Department of State as a contracted language and cultural specialist.  Dr. Wu found non-profit organization to train doctors in cancer field from China.  Dr. Wu’s recent focus is on EQ, leadership, Chinese American identity and telling Chinese American stories through her Youtube channel INSPIRATIONAL PEOPLE.  

Dr. Wu received her B.A. in international economics from Peking University-the Chinese Harvard, MPSA from the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University (the first Chinese graduate of the program), Ed.D. in educational leadership at Kansas State University; leadership certificates from the Business School and John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University and Rice University.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Dr. Max Li

Founder and CEO of Recomputing Inc, a company focusing on AI app development. He and his 2 cofounders have worked in the app since 2020. From 2004 to 2020, he was a tenured professor of Computer Science at Union University in Jackson, TN. From 2003 to 2004, he was an assistant professor of Computer Science at Nyack College. He was a post-doctoral researcher at IBM from 2001 to 2003.

Dr. Li received his B.S. in Computer Science from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1990, M.S. in Computer Engineering in 1998 and Ph.D. in Computer Science, all from the University of Florida.
